What is it about
This collaborative workshop brings together three complementary approaches to movement and partnering, PlayFight, Contact Improvisation, and GFP (Gravitational Field Principle), to expand the possibilities of physical dialogue, embodied awareness, and human connection.
What will we explore
Together we will create a safe and supportive container, through which different movement languages and practices can meet, challenge, and enrich one another. Through playful explorations, attentive listening, and enhanced sensitivity, we will dive deeply into our relationship with gravity as a partner that shapes how we move, trust, support, resist, surrender, and connect.
How do we meet the ground?
How do we navigate the instinctive fear of falling while discovering the freedom that emerges when we trust our bodies and each other?
What allows us to lift another with ease?
FACILITATORS
Meet the facilitators who will guide you through an embodied exploration of movement, connection, trust, and play.
  • Bruno Caverna
Bruno Caverna has been immersed in multidisciplinary body–mind studies for nearly 40 years. His journey began with Capoeira in 1987 and expanded through Acrobatics, Classical Ballet, Contemporary Dance, Contact Improvisation, Russian Systema, Watsu, Freediving and breath-work. His teaching path began in 1995, leading a capoeira social project in a psychiatric hospital, an experience that forged the deconstructive and adaptive pedagogical foundations that continue to shape his work.

In 2012, Bruno introduced Play-Fight and Liquid Body as names for two complementary practices born from decades of teaching and research into embodiment and relational intelligence. Together, they investigate the interplay between human connection and the inner resistances that shape how we relate to ourselves, others and the world. In 2016, he founded Formless Arts, a cross-disciplinary platform that provides the philosophical framework for his movement research and educational work.
  • Lena Maya Turek
Lena Maya Turek is a movement educator, Contact Improvisation and Play Fight facilitator, yoga teacher, and Craniosacral practitioner based in Vienna. Her work is rooted in curiosity, embodied awareness, and authentic connection. Drawing from dance, somatic practices, and experiential learning, she creates playful yet safe spaces where participants can explore communication, trust, and resilience through movement. At the heart of her teaching is the belief that meaningful connection begins by listening to the body and meeting ourselves and others with presence.
