Reverse Engineering Resistance
Fallness is gravity embodiment and rests at the very core philosophy of Formless Arts.
More than a body-mind process, Fallness is the distillation of the principles of non-resistance to the finest into adaptive frameworks that can be transformed, integrated and applied virtually to any discipline and field as well as to life in a broader sense.
REVERSE ENGINEERING RESISTANCE

We are going to track down and map the road of subtle resistances accumulated and stored in the physical bodies through playfulness and self-deconstructive processes. The course is suitable for anyone eager to philosophically explore habituated relationships to inner resistances and other dysfunctional blockages under a clear guidance that interweaves a versatility of physical drills.
We will be committed to reciprocally mirror and bring light into our blindspots in trust that mutual empathetic vulnerability is invaluable, however hurtfully revealing might be as well. For that a cooperative ground ought to be cultivated among participants, granting permission to toss each of us into an inwardly self-confrontational zone by allowing ourselves to organically step out of our comfortable boxes, at our own pace. The process thus is oftentimes emotionally charged as it puts on the spotlight the roots of our mental resistances which has intimate correlations to our attachment to personal bias, self-images, dogmas, belief-systems and any other identified concepts fabricated, infused and consolidated through lifelong cultural conditionings.
Falling is the cornerstone, a point of navigation in the sea of hidden resistances that extrapolates the outskirts of a more mechanical description of the falling phenomena, in which objects are merely seen to follow the downward gravitational pull to the ground. We embrace falling as a stateless state of being that may pave the way towards effortlessness, connectivity and flow. The craft does not intend to add layers of preconceived external knowledge in the promise of delivering a quick-fix to satisfy personal needs and expectations as the very idea of the personhood is placed at the stake. The process offers, actually, an opportunity to responsibly venture and savour the existential fear of free-falling by jumping into the bottomless abyss of not-knowing.
By cracking through the societal hardened masks we may experience spacious fluidity from within, a glimpse into our formless essence that can be remoulded, manifested and expressed in transformative manners.We acknowledge the architecture of the forms and physical structures, in its given interplay between limitations and potency, to formlessly tap into boundless creative principles. Upon discerning and stripping away false pretensions and concepts of what we are not, we may find ourselves dwelling into the unknown more peacefully, with a sense of awe towards the infinite mystery as well as with an increased ability to tolerate the dread and terror in contemplating our finite physical existence.
In this vein the enrolment at Fallness course requires good doses of courage and maturity in order to challenge in earnest the small and big deceptions that compose the complex and multi-layered fallacies of our acquired personalities with a sense of brutal self-honesty to face our denial tendencies.
THE SUPPORTIVE PRACTICES
PLAY-FIGHT PRACTICE

Play-Fight is physical practice preferably exercised with a buddy and represents a deep excavation into the nature of our human existential and paradoxical condition. The practice approaches life polarities like in a symphonic harmonious interplay of potentially conflicting qualities such as confrontation and cooperation, form and formlessness, presence and absence, connectivity and separateness From a survival point of view, the bodies have been hardwired to maintain its integrity in the face of adversities. In this light, our biology moves through constant and unavoidable functional symbolic and symbiotic "play-fight" dynamics from the birth till the last breath. An expression of resistance can be connected to this ancestral memory, part of a natural mechanism of protection triggered whenever the organism is in danger or under life-threatening situations. Acknowledging our inherent evolutionary protective design is imperative to discern with crystal clarity the difference between the beneficial function of resistance and when resistance becomes dysfunctional by betraying its original purpose that is to ensure the integrity of the body. In that premise, participants are encouraged to never resist resistances for such an attitude is a counterproductive strategy to get rid of what might be disturbing to us, as it only feeds even more the hidden resistances, paradoxically.
LIQUID-BODY PRACTICE

Liquid Body is an all-encompassing flowing philosophy that vitally supports an expression of life intimately engaged with the formless matrix of our fluid nature. By addressing the body-mind relationship through an ancestral perspective, Liquid Body carries the latent potential to effortlessly dissolve crystallized and limiting paradigms on every level of human expression. The premise is that the architecture of the human body is a heritage from an evolutionary process of oceanic origins. In this perspective there is a notion that our bodies carry a constant "inner sea", having the spine as this most expressive ancient memory. The practice is inspired by the science of water flow. In the midst of flowing motions forms arise as a function of the fluid. Our process will be carved by studying and retrieving the powers of wave-spiral motifs and patterns that oftentimes are disrupted by modern mindsets with limited understanding and appreciation to the primal grooving and rhythmical expression of our fluid nature. Liquid body is a potentially transformative journey to the core of the being, a reconsideration of conventional human biomechanics in terms of efficiency and functionality that value minimum physical, energy and mental wear whilst fostering productivity. Ceasing fighting against gravity is paramount. It is within an intimate yielding relationship to the gravitational force we cultivate a state of readiness and plasticity in the nervous system, prone for resiliency and adaptability, our liquid primal support to cope with the inevitable confrontations that are constantly bombarding and overwhelming our body-mind system.
