The familiarity with gravity practice works like a tuning of a musical instrument. In this case the musical instrument is our mind. We look for a mental tuning that aligns our physical functionality with gravity most effortlessly. The nature of this practice confronts the habitual thought-systems, established paradigms, that which we often take for granted and some other life aspects we tend to attach ourselves to, identify with and hold onto with ardor.

To change the tuning of an instrument requires going through an uncomfortable pool of undefined melody. A temporary lack of harmonious arrangement is part of the process of experimenting with random incongruent musical notes that might not go well together at first. A feeling of being scrambled. An existential crisis knocking on the door should be celebrated, not condemned. Time for the caterpillar to bid a farewell to its old useless guise.

This is how we cultivate a fertile soil for something truly new to bloom on the horizon. It is a process of deconstruction of the useless outdated human architecture. No matter how unsettling it might be the experience of tearing down the old walls, becoming groundless is dreadfully empowering. A relationship with the void prevents the mind addicted to knowledge from becoming eternally trapped to delusional loops.
