Because GFP is a sealed cohort program with limited places, each registration represents a full-year commitment. Your place in the training cannot be easily filled once the program has begun, and your participation impacts the entire group field.
For this reason, the following policies apply:
1. Before the Training BeginsUp to 4 weeks before the Brussels Intensive________________________
Less than 4 weeks before the training beginsAt this stage, the group field, budget, and logistics are already in motion.
________________________
2. During the TrainingNo refund of any kind is possible. This is essential to protect:
- group continuity
- financial structure
- the integrity of the sealed cohort
By passing the orientation window, you confirm your commitment to the full year.

3. Payment Plan Commitments (Installments)If you choose the monthly installment plan:
- You are committing to the entire tuition
- Payment plans cannot be canceled after the orientation window
- Whenever possible, automatic payment systems (GoCardless or Stripe) are used to ensure smooth processing
If a payment fails:
- you will be notified automatically
- it must be resolved within 7 days
- unpaid balances can result in removal from the training (without refund)

4. Exceptional CircumstancesWe know that life can bring unexpected challenges.
In truly exceptional cases (medical emergencies, serious family situations):
- we may consider credit for a future training or partial transfer,
All requests must be submitted in writing and will be evaluated individually, with compassion and fairness.

5. Transfer of Your SpotIf you cannot attend and wish to transfer your spot to someone else:
- you may do so before the training begins,
- with prior approval from GFP (to ensure alignment),
- a €150 administrative fee applies,
- no transfers are allowed after the start of the Brussels Intensive.

6. Cancellation by GFPIf, due to unforeseen circumstances, GFP must cancel or postpone the program:
- all tuition payments already made will be refunded in full
- accommodation costs paid to external venues follow their own policies
- GFP is not responsible for personal travel expenses (flights, train tickets, etc.)
This is a standard clause across all professional training programs.
