Bruno Caverna
is the founder of GFP — Gravitational Field Principle, and creator of the Play-Fight and Liquid-Body practices.
Since 1985 he has immersed himself in a wide range of body–mind disciplines — including capoeira, acrobatics, contact improvisation, contemporary dance, qigong, Russian Systema, Watsu, freediving, and Somatic Breath.
Over four decades, Bruno’s research has evolved into a precise and integrative study of how the human nervous system relates to gravity, resistance, fear, and connection. Guided by refined perceptual sensitivity and a commitment to embodiment over theory, he has developed a unique pedagogical language that bridges somatics, movement intelligence, and subtle relational awareness. Through GFP, Bruno supports practitioners in revealing and reorganizing the unconscious patterns that shape their movement, presence, and inner freedom.
