BODY IN FLOW
BAHIA, PENINSULA DE MARAÚ
MOVEMENT RETREAT
The Retreat will take place in the Bamboo Temple from 7 - 14 January 2023, at Praia de Algodões, on the Maraú Peninsula, a place of pure magic and stunning beauty. The journey will be facilitated by Bruno Caverna & Marina Sekacheva.
It is our aspiration to hold a space for inner exploration, a fertile ground upon which the participants will be gently guided to retrieve a sense of connectedness and wholeness within the self, through the bodies and nature.
Movement, breath, gravity and flow are the foundational elements and principles, which will be supported and delivered by the following practices: Play-Fight, Liquid-Body, Movement Research, Contemporary Dance, Contact-Improvisation, Martial and Healing arts, Somatics, Breathwork and Apnea.
