A transversal practice that embraces, is inspired and uses elements from
different movement disciplines like dance, improvisation, CI, yoga, martial
arts, Play-Fight and somatics. The desire is to look beyond defined identities and re-consider our being humans as complex systems designed to be flexible and adaptable.
To learn how to make the most out of your own resources and to discover new tools for your well-being through the repetition of movement sequences ranging from yoga frames and principles (mainly from anusara and vinyasa approach), meditation, postural gymnastics and somatics.
Breath-Ability is a mentorship program inspired by the Buteyko Method, Freediving and focus on CO2 Tolerance. The sessions are offered either as an individual format or as a dual process. The framework will be tailored and aligned to specific needs and wishes drawn from a thorough one-to-one evaluation.
Play-Fight is a partner-work practice built on the premise that being bound by the gravitational field will unavoidably generate fear-reactivity in relation to the constant imminence of falling. The overall aim is to bring to the awareness those patterns of hidden resistances in order to enable resilience, self-knowledge to eventually release those lifelong stored unnecessary physical-mental-emotional tensions and related dysfunctionalities.
